(“Luxury Presence,” “us,” or “we”), which owns the LuxuryPresence.com website and hosts various third party real estate websites (collectively, the “Site”), provides this Privacy Policy to explain the ways in which we collect, use, share and protect personal data (“Personal Data”).

This Privacy Policy applies to persons and businesses anywhere in the world that may access the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Site” includes any third-party branded website hosted by Luxury Presence (the “Third-Party Sites”). By using the Site or any of our or our third-party clients’ (the “Third-Party Clients”) Third-Party Sites or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in its most recent iteration. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Luxury Presence,” “us,” and “we” also means any Third-Party Client if you have visited or used its Third-Party Site.

5. What is Luxury Presence’s policy on international privacy?
  1. Luxury Presence is primarily operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. In order to provide our products and services to you, we may send and store your Personal Data outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to the United States.
